EPISODE 10: STUNT PILOTS
King City, CA
Mon., Dec. 12 at 7 p.m. ET/PT
In this final experience, the stakes are high and so is the competition. Sky-high! Our finalists have one last chance to battle it out as stunt pilots. They start out flying a light aircraft called a Piper Cub and test their piloting skills by using the plane’s propeller as a giant pair of scissors to cut through a banner floating towards the ground. Then they move onto aerobatics airplanes and perform daredevil maneuvers at dizzying altitudes. It’s a death-defying battle for the grand prize!
EPISODE 9: RAILROAD WORKERS
Pleasant Grove, CA
Mon., Dec. 5 at 7 p.m. ET/PT
Choo choo! All aboard the In Real Life railroad worker experience. Challengers move up the rungs of the railroad by replacing broken cross-ties on the track, working as conductors in the switching yard and finally operating a train. They’ll have to work as fast as they can or they might be riding the caboose all the way home.
EPISODE 8: PIZZA CHEFS
Ridgewood, NJ
Mon., Nov. 28 at 7 p.m. ET/PT
For the first time in the competition, our challengers are competing solo. Under the watchful eye of an Italian pizza master, challengers try to cook up the perfect pizza dough, whip up a batch of tasty sauce and put everything together to make a delicious pizza. Who will prove to be the top pizza chef?
EPISODE 7: BROADWAY STARS
New York, NY
Mon., Nov. 21 at 7 p.m. ET/PT
Teams head to New York City’s Orpheum Theatre to become Broadway stars! Working with the cast and crew of the hit musical Stomp, they do maintenance on stage lights, build a prop for the show and perform intricate choreography for a real audience. In the city that never sleeps, our teams find out there’s no business like show business.
EPISODE 6: MARINE SURVIVAL
Dartmouth, NS
Mon., Nov. 14 at 7 p.m. ET/PT
In this marine survival experience, teams fight to keep their heads above water. In 3 extreme survival-training exercises, they’ll feel the pressure to stay afloat and avoid elimination. They escape a sinking icebreaker ship, fight their way out of a submerged helicopter and save themselves from an oil rig explosion. Staying calm in these emergencies is the name of the game.
EPISODE 5: LOGGERS
Vancouver, BC
Mon., Nov. 7 at 7 p.m. ET/PT
Loggers do some of the most dangerous and backbreaking jobs in the world! And in this experience, so do our challengers. Using a 5-foot long saw with razor sharp teeth, teams try to cut through a huge log as fast as they can. They drive a boom boat on the river to move a large bundle of logs. And they try to put aside any fear of heights they might have when they climb up massive trees. It’ll take strength and guts for our teams to avoid getting axed from the competition.
EPISODE 4: STADIUM CREW
Vancouver, BC
Mon., Oct. 24 at 7 p.m. ET/PT
Our teams face some major league heat as they get a baseball stadium ready for a professional game. Working at the Nat Bailey Stadium, home of Vancouver’s pro team the Vancouver Canadians, they help the pitcher warm up by batting and catching fastballs whizzing at them at top speed. They “mud” baseballs to get them ready for the game, and they sell hot dogs to hungry fans in the stands. Which team will walk away with a win and which will strike out?
EPISODE 3: CONSTRUCTION WORKERS
Ottawa, ON
Mon., Oct. 17 at 7 p.m. ET/PT
In this experience, challengers take on the tools of the trade as construction workers and build a cabin from the ground up. First they mix and pour concrete to make a support column. Then, using mighty power tools, they frame and put up walls and cut a doorway. For the finishing touch, they operate a crane to place a roof on their cabin. Which team will hammer out a victory?
EPISODE 2: BEEKEEPERS
Mirabel, QC
Mon., Oct. 10 at 7 p.m. ET/PT
Challengers have to face their fears and head into a thick swarm of bees as beekeepers! Working at one of the country’s biggest bee farms, they locate the queen bee of a hive, extract honey and filter it into market-ready jars. Bees can smell fear and it makes them attack, so challengers will have to stay calm if they want to avoid the sting of elimination.
EPISODE 1: ARMY RECRUITS
Montreal, QC
Mon.,Oct. 3 at 7 p.m. ET/PT
Our challengers are put through their paces in their very first experience as army recruits! They navigate a tough obstacle course, test their resourcefulness by setting up camp in the field and ride Jeeps in hostile territory as part of a patrol. With drill instructors pushing them to their limits, challengers try to soldier their way to the top. In the first twist of the season, challengers get to choose their own teammates!
